02. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to most parts of the world.

Please observe that import taxes may occur and if so they are to be paid bý the customer.

04.  How can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can in many times be cancelled or changed if we get notice in reasonable time before shipping.

05.  How can I return a product?

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Please contact us if you should have any problems with the product.

In case of manufacturing errors, we will naturally replace the faulty product with a new one without charge.

06.  How long will it take to get my package?

We use FedEx for shipping outside Sweden. You willl receive a tracking number when the order is sent.

If items are in stock, your order will normally be sent from us wittin 24 hours. Exceptions may occur.

Economy shipping: Shipping by FedEx International Economy normally takes 3-5 work days to most parts of the world..

Express Shipping: If your order is urgent, we can also ship by FedEx International Express within a work day to most parts of the world.

07.  How much is shipping?

Economy shipping: Shipping by FedEx International Economy within Europe or to North America is 25 EUR for standard sensors.

Express Shipping: Shipping by FedEx International Express within Europe or to North America is 30 EUR for standard sensors.

For larger/heavier items than standard sensors, the shipping cost may be higher.

08.  How is payment done?

We normally send you an invoice for payment directly to our bank account.

If you want to pay by credit card, we will send you a payment link through Stripe. An extra card payment fee of 3 % will be added to the total amount.
